JME staff has established, managed and expanded nonprofit organizations in Japan for a I.R.C. section 501(C)(3) educational foundation and for five I.R.C. section 501(C)(6) trade associations.

Strategy and Reorganization

JME staff has made proposals to a major Eastern U.S. university that led to the rejuvenation and expansion of its operations and its programs in Japan, including continuing education and advanced degree programs.

Japanese Counterpart Meetings

JME staff has organized dozens of meetings, seminars and joint programs with counterpart societies and organizations in Japan for foreign-based non-profit organizations. Such get-togethers are an excellent means of increasing information flow and confronting international issues, as well as raising the visibility of the foreign organization in Japan.

Continuing Education And Technical Certification Programs

JME staff has worked with leading U.S. and Japanese software associations to create Japanese-language software administration continuing education and certification programs.
